Problem with netscape 4.6 allways get message "a network error
occourred while netscape was receiving data try connecting again"

There are a number of reasons as to why you're getting this message.
But, the most likely reason you're getting this message is because
you're trying to access a site which requires 128-bit encryption.

Netscape 4.6 supports only a maximum of 56-bit encryption. Try
downloading an dinstalling a version of Netscape greater than 4.72.
All versions greater than 4.72 support 128-bit encryption.

If this does not solve your problem, please post a request for
clarification, mentioning your system configuration and the sit you
were trying to access when this error popped up
