I am looking for a generalized form or contract for referral fees for
real estate, more specifically for apartments. Is there anything on
the web that has this, for free or for sale?? It has to be a referral
fee form or I'm not interested.

This was tricky. I found this:
http://www.4list.com/mall_directory/second_floor/r_e_forms/caforms/RFA-11.html

It is in web page format although it could be probably be retyped or
modified pretty easily to meet your needs.

If it is acceptable let me know and I will post it as an answer.

Thanks,

Yes, this is a good start. Unless you found anything between an
apartment and a broker? Thank you

I just spent some more time looking through some sites that sell real
estate forms and could find nothing specific to apartments. Perhaps
this one could be modified?

Thanks I'm glad that you could use that form. I will say that I did a
pretty extensive search, so I think it is very possible that a form
*exactly* like the one you requested is simply not available on the
net. Anyway, glad I could help.
