How many new members have U.S. labor unions gain through NEW ORGANIZING since 1995. (Any year around there would be ok too: 95, 97...) The number can not include the number of new members added because of already-unionized workplaces gaining new employees. It also can not include membership gains by unions because of mergers (because that does not increase the overall union membership). The number also should not include workers who wom union elections but never got union contracts (i.e. never becaome union members). The number I'm looking for is: new members due to newly organized workplaces since 1995 or some year around there. Thanks! | |
