I am looking for cost figures to do residential land development -
creating a single-family residential subdivision. Costs must be broken
down into the areas of sewer line construction, water line
construction, storm sewer construction, residential concrete streets,
land clearing and grading costs. The area of construction would be the
mid-west, specifically rural, central Illinois - Columbia and
Waterloo, Illinois. I would like to know what the costs of
improvements would be per linear or square foot.
