How do I dispose of (or donate) an old copy machine? This is a Sharp
SF8500 (with a U5 error code), which was on maintenance agreement til
12/02. Large capacity paper hopper, sorter, adf. Meter reads 829673.
Very fast copier, and excellent copy quality before U5 error.

Most local Goodwill stores taken office equipment; if not, check out
other thrift stores. You can donate the item (some place will even
pick it up), and then write off a sum on your taxes :)

That should read "take office equipment," not "taken."
