Valid sources must be provided. Otherwise, I can't pay the $50.

Worldwide? Or in a specific country or countries?

In United States only. It would be nice if we can have it East of
Rockies and West of Rockies.

You might consider asking several lower priced questions in the event
that all the data cannot be found. For example, I found a very
reliable report listing the number of new car sales, used car sales
and leased cars for each of the years 1990 through 2001. If this were
your only question I'd post the answer but I can't since you have
other questions that this report does not address.

Let me know how you'd like to proceed.

I am unwilling (at this point) to break up the question because I
really need the premium recommendations from manufacturers. Is this
in a automobile trade report or somewhere among automobile retail
trade reports?

No. This is a ongoing goverment statistical document that is updated annually.
