Dear Willia,

I am interested in answering your question. Could you please tell me
if you get this message with any other words next to it, such as :
"memory fail:ox77lclc94"? In other words, what is the exact message?
What kind of computer do you have?

I also believe that to answer it well, your question will require more
time and effort than the average amount of time and effort associated
with this price. Here is a link to guidelines about pricing your
question, in the pricing
guide:
https://answers.google.com/answers/pricing.html

If you both raise your price and also post a clarification here, the
system will notify me and I will take another look at your question.

You might try memtest86 from memtest86.com. Put it on a floppy disk or
CD (burn from an image), boot off of it, and watch for any NEW lines
(those are error locations). Let it do a couple of passes, (it'll just
keep going on and on) and if anything is wrong, follow the directions
on memtest86.com on how to find out which module it is, and replace
that module with something from Crucial (I don't work for or have any
stock in Crucial - I just prefer their product).
