I am doing a presentation on leadership and/in Corporate America. The
four topics of leadership that I have decided to talk about is
someone's cultural capital, social class, socialization and
stratification (all relating to leadership). I am basically looking
for material, sources...anything that discusses leadership in
Corporate America. I have enhanced the four topics I have chosen for
leadership and will hopefully help in the search:
Cultural Capital = how much someone is worth...linguistic abilities,
appearance, etc.
Social Class = where they are from, demographics, etc.
Socialization = work with in the community; social cohesion
Stratification = order within society...social makeup

Thank you very much and I am looking forward to your responses.

David
