I am looking for background information on Shell Global Solutions
(SGS), which is part of Royal Dutch Petroleum (Shell Oil).  I have
already poked around the group's website

profile of the group's business.  Ideally I want to find answers to
the following questions:

- What is the history of SGS?  When was it founded?  What was the
motivation?
- What are SGS's revenues (current or historic)?
- How are revenues broken down by main area of business?
- How are revenues broken down by geography?
- What is SGS's growth plan/strategy?
