Hello Henrik,
I believe I have sufficient information to provide you with an answer.
Only some of the companies I had written to had given me a reply
regarding their price levels. From the responses I have seen, you'll
need at least 2000USD or more in order to get a developer to start
working on an application. There may be other costs involved. Note
that the more details you provide for these companies, the more likely
you are to receive a good estimate. In addition, it would allow me to
give you a much more precise and detailed answer and bring you greater
satisfaction.
The most attractive estimate was sent to me by IT-Mobile, with a price
range of 130EUR-430EUR.
Let?s get down to the details, though. I have listed everything by
country, with the companies which responded the fastest and gave me a
price range at the top of each of the country lists.
To make browsing through the answer easier for you, I have included a
'*' (star) next to companies which provided me with price quotes.
The countries in which I found developer companies are: India,
Lithuania, Ukraine, Poland.
