There is a big game coming up Nov. 1 between #2 Miami and #3 Virginia
Tech. The game is sold out. However, there are a lot of tickets for
sale both around campus and on ebay. Guest tickets are going for
around $200. My question is, are the tickets pretty much guaranteed
to go up in value as the game gets closer? Would I be wise to
purchase tickets at the current prices so as to sell them next week at
a profit? Will prices go down as the big spenders get their tickets,
or will procrastinators and panic-stricken almuni drive up the price?
How much can I expect the price to rise? Will it double? Triple?
