Hello.
It appears that this quotation and other slight variations come from
St Isaac of Syria (Bishop of Nineveh, c. 660-680), a prominent saint
in the Orthodox church.
"Let their activity cease . . . for the Master of the house has come."
Isaac of NINEVEH Ascetic Treatises 32 (p. I 34)

"Requests (petition prayer) to cease here, for the Master of the house
has come.

Consistent with the St Isaac connection, a historical novel called
"The Spring of the Ram" reportedly describes the words being part of
an Orthodox Easter liturgy in the 15th century.
"...All must stand still, for the master of the house has come. The
master has come, and will hear you...
...
That is from a book called The Spring of the Ram, by Dorothy
Dunnett."
