I'm trying to find the phone number, address, and website of a
company called (approximately) Small Business Resource Group.  I've
heard it
is sometimes abbreviated "SBR".

I suspect there are several organizations with this name, but the one
I'm looking for contracts with credit card issuers to offer a
collection of small business products and services to their small

I'm afraid I have no other information about the company, hence the
$50 request to google for help.

Also, I'm confident this company is not owned by a credit card issuer
such as American Express.  Rather, credit card issuers (Amex's
competitors) are their customers.
