Hi,

I'm interested in knowing the most popular and the most in need which
are not yet available of business applications that small companies
are willing to use in an ASP settings if the right security issues are
addressed?

I was thinking along with lines of mail, workflows, HR and so on.

We're heading in that direction and wanted to get an idea of the
market.

You're really going to have to clarify this: the most-popular
applications are the ones which most used.  But you ask for ones which
are "not yet available."

Hello Omnivorous,

Yes, I'm asking for both when I asked for the most populate AND the
most in need which are not yet available which would be suitable for
small businesses not able to afford the admin overhead or the up front
license costs.

In other words, I asked for both. :-)
