UK parliament honors Rugby greats

“The only three players to have won more than 100 Test caps for their
country alone - France's Phillipe Sella, Australia's David Campese and
England's Jason Leonard - have been honoured by the British
parliament.”

Philippe Sella was the first.

“Rugby Union's 2003 Six Nations Championship begins this weekend and
the showdown at Twickenham between England and France should mark the
100th international cap for England forward Jason Leonard. If he
plays, Leonard will be only the third player in the history of the
sport to play 100 international Rugby Union matches. The first to do
so was French centre Philippe Sella who ended his career in 1995 with
111 caps to his name. Australian wing David Campese was the second
player to reach the century when he played for Australia against Italy
in 1996.”
