I need the size of market (how much money is spent Nationally) by
companies who purchase the following print products (broken down
product); direct mail postcards, business cards, brochures, door
hangers, and vinyl banners.  I also need to know the National average
responce rate for postcard marketing.

It's going to be difficult to find numbers for all of those printed
products.  However, a good place to start -- and which will have
numbers for response rates -- is the Direct Marketing Association
(DMA).  They do annual studies on response rates across industries and
have some information on the size of industry segments.
