How can you determine high quality vertical blinds? I've had enough
experience in life to know its not always what you pay for ! Are
commercial grades different....or just a marketing ploy? This will be
a large expanse of 15 feet and quality of product and ease of care (no
fabric finish please!) are my main objectives. It would not require an
installer/sale. I would rather go for quality and hire a professional
installer.
