I am trying to find a line of wax hollow candles called "romo luce"
that we saw at the international gift show in August, in San
Francisco. What is the name of the company or distributer that handles
that line of candles?

Hello.

There are typically about 200 or more vendors selling candles at the
SF Gift Fair. If you could help researchers narrow down the
possibilities, it might be possible to find your particular vendor.

Do you remember anything about the booth selling the candles you're
looking for? Name of the shop? Where they were from? Whether it was
an all-candles shop, or some other type of merchant? Did the candles
have any religious significance, or a connection to the church?

Any additional details you can provide would be helpful in trying to
answer your elusive question.

The vendor was in the north hall of the Moscone Center. I believe they
were located in the "Handmade Aisles" Booth #'s 6001-6643. All they
sold were candles. They also had an impressive display of the wax
hurricane candles which are hollow wax candles. You can put another
candle at in the hollow wax.

Shulari,

I also received a reply from Paula Bertolotti, Divisional Manager of
the San Francisco International Gift Fair.

She said the phone number is 310-849-8935 (same number as above)and
the contact person is Romulo. It appears that he is the person in
charge of the “Romo Luce” line of candles.
