possible the phone number for the person covering the Dayton, Ohio
area. I'm not
sure how the regions are segmented (perhaps Great Lakes or Mid West
region). The information is needed for the regional manager that

Hi blackberry,
There are 111 Midas shops in 8 states with 7 district managers and 2
regional managers.
Unfortunately, the names and contact information for regional and /or
district mangaers are not readily available on the internet. However,
I have located contact information for the Midas shops located in
Dayton, Ohio. Undoubtedly calling one of these shops would give you
the information you are seeking.
I would gladly call for you but unfortunately I am unable to since I
live overseas.
Would the contact information (phone number and address) for the 8
shops in Dayton be sufficient? If so, let me know and I will post them
as an answer.

Hello Rainbow, finally I'm back in touch with you. I could not figure
out how to anwser your question (how to get to the "My Question"
button to clarify the question). Your help guys got me on track.
Anyway to answer your question:
- I have the phone numbers to the Dayton Office, the problem is no
one will give me a name, address or phone number to the Regional
Manager. They know I must have a problem and seen to have a code of
conduct to insulate any access. Customer Service won't give it to me
either. Unfortuately, having the phone number does not work for me.
Perhaps if someone else called it might work. Unfortuately I don't
have a resource to call upon to make the call for me.
