Need Outlook migration Tool or technique

I need to migrate my mailbox from one mailbox at one exchange 2000
hosting company to another mailbox and another exchange hosting
company (they used Exchange 2003)..

I have about 400 megs with of 28 email folders, 2-4 calendars, 3
address books, and 3 Task folders, and 5 Note folders. There is lots
of emails in by Inbox, sent Items, and drafts folders.

I setup a WinXP station with 2 Outlook profiles, one for the old and
one for the new mailboxes.

Here is what I did:

1	Logged into the older server and exported the whole folder structure
to a PST file.
2	Logged into the new exchange server and tried to uplode the whole
folder structure.

It wouldn’t let me, because the core folder (Inbox, Contacts, Sent,
Draft, Tasks, Notes) cannot be overwritten.

I had to manually copy and paste THE CONTENTS on each of these core
folders from the PST to the new exchange mailbox. This took some time
to do each one, and I had to stay and wait to be able to do the next
one.

Then I had the other 30+ folders to upload. I tried to shift click
them and drag that all up at one, but it wouldn’t let me. So I had
to do them one at a time, which took a long time.

THE PROBLEM:
I have 40 of these mailboxes to do. Is there some 3rd party tool, or
some other way of doing this, that can automate it.

I don’t mind it if takes a while to update, I just want to be able to
do it all at once, so I can leave it to upload and do something else.

We have zero access to any of the servers directly, so we have to go
through PST files to do this migration.

I desperately need any kind of tools to technique to help automate
this.

Thanks in advance,
