What sales figures are available for sales of motor assist vehicles
(eg. Moped, gas conversion kits) for the years 1999 through 2002? Best
by country if possible, excluding scooters, electric bicycles,
motorized skateboards or vehicles which need licenses to operate. Also
would be good to know model sales, eg. Solex, Sachs, etc.
