I have registered the domain cnycatcoalition.org, and set up an email
account info@cnycatcoalition.org which automatically forwards to three
addresses.  I need to be able to manage these accounts, but I cannot
remember which website I used to set up these accounts (domain or
email, although I know that they were not through the same service),
let alone my login or password.  Furthermore, I believe that the email
address that I would have used to set up these accounts is no longer
available to me.  Any idea?

dnsix.com redirects to http://www.namesdirect.com/ - which has web
access to your email accounts:
http://webmail.registerapi.com/horde/imp/login.php

Try visiting the above page - perhaps your browser has remembered your
password

By using the email validation service at Schwarzl I learnt that the
mail server for your domains is dnsix.com
http://www.schwarzl.com/mailcheck.html?action=query&puser=info&phost=cnycatcoalition.org
 
Enter dnsix.com into the browser and it redirects to
http://www.namesdirect.com/

...which has web access to your email accounts:
http://webmail.registerapi.com/horde/imp/login.php 
 
Try visiting the above page - perhaps your browser has remembered your
