Hello, rroscoe:
Do you have permission to get that info? If that's the case, you
need a custom software to do that.

Regards.

Yes, I do have permission and have paid for the access. Any thoughts
on who or what company can do this custom programming.

Hello, rroscoe:
To get a lot of developers bid for such project, I suggest you to
take a look at Rent A Coder:

  http://www.rentacoder.com

On the other hand, I can develop such software, but first I would need
to ask Google editors if I'm allowed to do it using Google Answers as
communication channel. I have done it in the past, but I don't want to
break the researcher guidelines, so I'm very careful on this kind of
questions.

Regards.

Hello, rroscoe:
That's exactly what I'm not allowed to do, I cannot set a price or
something similar, you must set a price, this is the way Google Answer
works, so let's do the following:
-Close this question
-Open a new one requesting this software to be done, put the price you
think it's fair
-If you want just me to be able to answer the question, place in the
subject "For joseleon only", but maybe you are interested to get
feedback of another researchers, this is your decision
-In your question, specify that you want some clarifications before an
answer, this way, you clarify things with the developer before an
answer

Once this question is setup, I will ask Google Editors if there is any
problem to do this job.

Regards.
