I'm an American living on the West Bank (mailing address in East
Jerusalem via ISRAEL).  I have three American credit cards with that
billing address.  I am looking for discount airfare sites that can
service a departure from outside the US and a billing address in the
Middle East.  So far the only one I've found is flights.com.  Please
help me find others!

Dear Kmabbadi, 

First of all, my attempt to "book" a flight from Tel Aviv to LA
through Flights.com did not succeed.

I've located several sites that have cheap flights from Israel (though
I am not sure this is much cheaper than travel agencies), but these
are in Hebrew. Could you read that language? I have located no cheap
flights sites that serve Jordan at all.

Unfortunately, I don't read Hebrew.  Perhaps you know of some free way
to translate it on line?

Have you tried the travel agents where you are, in Israel?

Not recently.  But it looks like they may be my only recourse.
