You can get company information by calling the Alabama Secretary of
State's Office (you can find the number in the yellow pages directory)
or visiting their website.  The president of that company is BOB
STRUGEN and the CFO is KEN KUYKENDALL.

Thanks for the direction.  Unfortunately, I don't have access to a
phone during government working hours to make that call.  And also,
unfortunately, I'm not very savvy on searching on government websites.
 Can you tell me where you got the info on the President and the CFO?

Another way to get the information would be to purchase a business
credit report (Dun & Bradstreet sells them for more than $100 each,
but if you did a GOOGLE search on the term "business credit reports"
you could probably find a firm that sells them more cheaply).  One
concern with the State of Alabama website is that the current exact
location of American Printing, the 428 Industrial Lane address does
not show up on that database and so you have to assume that one of the
addresses already listed for the company on the database is an older
address and that perhaps the 428 Industrial Lane location bought out a
previous address of the same company or is a different branch location
of it, but then the ownership won't exactly match up or could have
changed since then.
