Alcohol Dehydrogenase is the enzyme which metabolizes alcohol in our
bodies.  Certain ethnic groups have higher levels of this enzyme in
their bodies than others.  What are the 5-10 enthnic groups that have
the highest amounts (in order from highest to lowest), and what are
the 5-10 ethnic groups with the lowest amounts of alcohol
dehydrogenase (lowest to highest)?  Essentially, which ethnic groups,
empirically stated, hold their liquor best and worst?

presents them in a table by different populations (eg. european,
spanish, australian, etcetera).

Caveat:  Although the data may make for interesting bar talk, ability
to "hold your liquor" should not be inferred from this data.
