Hello, I have a list of ~14,000 unique 5-digit zip codes, and I need to know what city and state each of them is in. There are a few free services online which provide this information, most notably: http://www.melissadata.com/lookups/zipcityphone.asp (MelissaData) and http://www.usps.com/zip4/citytown.htm (USPS) ...or other source of your choosing. In cases where there are Alternate city names (i.e., 91302), I just want the one "USPS Preferred City Name". I am looking for someone to write a macro or a program that automates this. I do not actually need the program -- just the comma delimited file with the results. If you would like to complete this project, please let me know where I should email the Excel list of ZIPs. Thanks! uc | |
