Federal tax law allows the creation of Flexible Spending Accounts for
employees of "C"corporations. The employee sets aside pretax dollars
for approved medical expenses. It is not clear if the owner/employee
of a Sub-S corporation can set up one of these FSAs.
      My question has two Parts.
(Part A): I need to know if the owner of a Sub-S corporation can
      set up an FSA.
(Part B): If (A) is possible, then I need to know how to set one
     up.
Payment: I will pay $10.00 for the answer to (A) above.
If the answer to (A) is a definite "Yes" then I will pay an
additional $10.00 for the answer to part (B) , I understand that if a
researcher answers these questions he/she is not providing tax advice.
