I think that it would be hard to find a complete listing of the 600 or
even the 300 operational call centers in India. I found a listing of
104 call centers.

Would this be enough as a legitimate answer?

You can find a list of 187 India-based call centers at IndiaMart, an
India B2B site:

I checked the links, and they appear to be (for the most part) live
and current.  Each listing includes an address, phone number, web
site, and a brief description of the business, as well as a "Service
Enquiry" link that allows you communicate with any company of
interest.
