How to prepare the BACs ADN for FISH puropose? What equipment and
materials I will need?

Would a vendor-specific list of materials and equipment be sufficient?
 The procedure roughly involves "labelling" of BAC DNA with a reagent
that can be stained subsequently in a "detecting" step.
