This might be a difficult question for one Researcher to answer. I
would suggest that you break the question into three questions, one
for each disease about which you are looking for information. (You
can set the price for each question according to your preference.)

I have found diabetes estimates for 2000, which seems to be the most
recent year for which statistics for each country are available for
free. (There is a paid database with 2001 estimates for many, though
not all, countries.) If you break the question into three questions,
I (or another Researcher) could post such information as an answer
with respect to diabetes.

Dear vodka-ga;

Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting
question. Addressing your amended question concerning diabetes alone,
I have found the data you are seeking:

The WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) published this worldwide
statistical breakdown of the 176,525,312 persons known to be suffering
from diabetes worldwide as late as 2002 and the projection of how many
people will be suffering from the disease by the year 2010
(370,023,002). This appears to be the latest FREE data available:

In addition, for the latest information you can obtain the most recent
copy of the “Diabetes Atlas” from the INTERNATIONAL DIABETES
FOUNDATION that includes some data from as late as 2003 and prevalence
estimates as far into the future as 2025. This edition also includes
the first ever prevalence data on impaired glucose tolerance, which is
something that has not previously been factored in to published
estimates of the past.

“The second edition covers 212 countries and territories. The
information is in easy-to-digest format and supported by maps, charts
and tables. Graphics are available on CD-ROM. Order your copy of the
book and CD-ROM from the IDF bookstore today!”

I hope you find that my research exceeds your expectations. If you
have any questions about my research please post a clarification
request prior to rating the answer. Otherwise I welcome your rating
and your final comments and I look forward to working with you again
in the near future. Thank you for bringing your question to us.
