Turks and Caicos is an archipelago independent British colony- part of
  the same string of islands as the Bahamas. I am looking for ultra low 
  cost travel info & experiences, reviews etc. on how to boat tour TCI's
  most remote locations.Previous experience comments invited.THANK YOU
