A specific question.

I currently live in the US. I am a US Citizen. I hold dual citizenship
with Ireland. I am aware that being an Irish Citizen allows me to work
in Euro Countries without restrictions. (Please correct  me on that
statement if it is wrong.)
I am looking for specific job or career posting sites that
specifically need employees who live in the US, but need them to work
for a European based Company. Therefore no Visa's would be necessary.
Does a site like this exist?
