My organization provides IT services such as email set-up and maintenance, Networking services, desk-top and laptop maintenance services, Security services and Anti-Virus services among others. We are planning to build a Service Catalog for these services. I would like to know if you could provide the "How to" for building such a catalog and provide a Table of Contents for such a catalog. To give you an idea of our scale of operations, we run retail stores all over the United States of America that are networked and controlled by central servers located in 3 cities in the US. We provide helpdesk services through a service desk. I have seen the ITIL requirements and would like to know if a step-by-step approach is available for building a service catalog complying to ITIL requirements. |
