I am looking for a list of good Tolkien/fantasy style webdesigners. I
need someone who can develop a complete solution, from graphic design
to layout and site design. I would definitely prefer someone willing
to do it cheaply or possibly for free or in exchange  for advertising
because the site I need built is for an IRC community -- a nonprofit
community. Thanks in advance!
