The answer to the guessing competition was "A six million dollar man
flask with a blue lid".
Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez referred to Steve Austin's bionic eye.
The rugby referred to the usefulness of a flask at a game of rugby.
The competition was run by a radio station in Sydney. You can see the

Click "Wheelie Bin of Fortune" and follow the relevant links.
A pre-school teacher won $100,000, so that was a good outcome.

Thanks for studying hard on it! I'm sorry there was a mix-up, and I
hope I didn't waste TOO much of your time... I got a bit carried away
by the lure of lucre. The previous question is closed and I'll close
