I would like the names and any information on "Real Estate Investment
firms and/or Real Estate Consulting Firms" in Austin, Texas.  I am
interested in firms based out of Austin and firms with offices located
in Austin.  Here are some of the small and medium size firms that I
was able to identify in Austin:

- Capital Commercial Investments
- Falcon Southwest
- Buffington Capital Holdings
- Henry S Miller

1) Please provide me with a list of firms and any information
regarding them (main contact info., company website- URL, portfolio
size, number of employees, etc.)

Hi danausch,

An in-depth answer to your question including company portfolio and
other inside information, like number of employees, may not be readily
available for free online, but more likely would have to be purchased
from fee-based services such as Hoover’s Online or Dun & Bradstreet. 
Also, even if it were available, such in-depth research would
generally require more time and effort than the average amount of time
and effort  associated with the price you have offered. Here is a link

However, if you prefer not to raise your price, what I can offer you
instead are several online yellow page listings of Austin real estate
consultants and investment companies, which include address, phone and
website information where available.   Or, since I am located in the
greater Austin area, if you would like, I can simply transcribe for
you the listings from the local yellow pages.  There are 59 listings
under “real estate consultants” and 29 under “real estate
investments.”  I’m not sure how many are duplicates.  Some list
websites; most do not.
