My assignment deals wiht the finding of laws that govern or apply to
any Direct foriegn Investment in regards to international commerce
with respect to India and Indian companies, I am writting a 2500 word
paper for a Business Law Class and I have to work around the following
aspects:
- the exact laws for Investment required by a Us Company to Invest in
coporation in outside countries,
- the Corporate Laws for Mergers, Exclusive Ventures and also Joint
Ventures.
- And any US laws that regulate foreign companies to Invest in the
domestic market of the United States.
I have had particular trouble in finding any international laws on
this topic thank you,

I would like a rough draft of the paper and the researched sites for
my works cited
the exact requirements are
Length:  about 2,500 words.
 
Sources:  At least a half dozen high quality, reliable sources.   More
is better.
 
Footnotes and bibliography required.
 
Have a thesis, a point of view, an organizing theme.
 
Edit frequently

........The grading is on these lines:
originality and difficulty of topic,
 
depth and quality of research,
 
quality of writing (no errors of grammar or spelling, readable, clear
and organized),
 
non trivial assertions supported by footnote citation to sources,
 
not simply cutting and pasting the opinions of others
