I've been searching for over a year...HowCool.com sells the boots but
won't divulge the source..I've bought 2pair from ebay sellers who
won't divulge the manufacturer and/or distributor..no info in boots
themselves or on box other than "L.A.BOOTS"...vendors are getting them
somewhere...how do I find out WHERE? PLEASE help me. Thanx for your
time!

Hi Catatonic,
I haven't been unable to find the manufacturer, but I can tell you the
"LA Boots" are made in China. I believe I have sourced the
distributor, though the website i found only refers to two styles of
*knee high* boots. Possibly they can acquire the thigh high boots if
they are getting their stock straight from the manufacturer. Their
minimum order is 6,500 pairs, and their asking price is $3.00/pair
(price is negotiable). Would you like me to post their contact

Thank you for the swiftness of your reply.
Other than HowCool, the vendors I've dealt with are very small-time
(like myself) and couldn't possibly buy 6500pr at once.They are
purchasing 10-20pair at a time from a local (USA) distributor..I know
this because of the price they set to sell the boots,because they
aren't licensed businesses,and couldn't pay import fees.UPDATE:
HowCool offered me mixed-size cases of 17pr @ $10/pr.I
accepted,ordered 2 cases,and borrowed the capital (I've been
unintentionally unemployed since April, so this was my shot)but before
I could make shipping arrangements,HowCool emailed me last nite to
advise that "our manufacturer has discontinued that line". I do not
believe that. What it all boils down to is this: ANY/ALL info you can
provide...any contact info...the name of the
manufacturer/distributors/importer...ANY & ALL will be greatly
appreciated. Thanx SO MUCH for your time!
