Are you asking Google Answers Researchers to find out who made the
purchase in question?

We aren't able to do that, but we *can* explain what you legally need
to do to dispute the charge, in order to preserve your rights and
shield yourself from financial responsibility if this is not a
purchase you've made.  There is a specific procedure you need to
follow, telephoning Bank One isn't enough.

Might be  www.pharmabymail.com  ,  they charge as IT Global AG , and 2 others
might be netmedia also.

You must turn over your CC statement, they give instructions on back.
Sometimes you must send a letter and some type of proof to bank of
America at the address shown.

They take off charge until netMedia proves to them they sent to you at
address of your home. A shipping receipt , a signed delivery reciept
you signed.
