I am providing the list of five telecommunication consultants and
legal companies in the countries that you desire most. These are UK,
Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Austria and Belgium.
For a list of telecommunication consultants, I carefully selected each
company after reviewing their credentials i.e. Each company was hand
picked by me after a detailed evaluation. The downside to this
research was that I found very few reliable companies who provided
consulting to a MVNO, because this trend just started a few years ago.
I couldn’t fulfil your requirement of five companies in each country
