There is a commercial (subscription based) service that provides this
information for any state, or for the entire US.

You can access a list -- at no charge -- of more than 400 current
hospital/medical construction projects, but to see additional details
of the projects -- project description, costs, schedule, firms
involved, contact information -- you have to subscribe to the service.

The first few items on the current list look like this:

Biomedical research and cancer treatment center
(White Plains, NY)
Hospitals/Clinics

The Smart Hospital
(Brentwood, TN)
Hospitals/Clinics

Home for Mentally Ill
(Bentleyville, PA)
Hospitals/Clinics; MultiFamily (Aparments/Condos); Other

Ruby Memorial Hospital expansion
(Morgantown, WV)
Hospitals/Clinics

Let me know if you would like me to post information about this
service as an answer to your question?
