There is a commercial (subscription based) service that provides this
information for any state, or for the entire US.
You can access a list -- at no charge -- of more than 400 current
hospital/medical construction projects, but to see additional details
of the projects -- project description, costs, schedule, firms
involved, contact information -- you have to subscribe to the service.
The first few items on the current list look like this:
