Single family home
Price 300-400K

It seems like there are very few available homes in this area, as
virtually all real estate agents use MLS to advertise properties for
sale. Please let me know if this is an acceptable answer and I will

Hi Val ~

Actually, there are some nice homes available in Salt Lake City in
your price range, although most of the area is pretty much established
in Salt Lake City proper.

For newer homes, the outlying 'burbs', that is Holladay, Sandy,
Bountiful, South Jordan, etc., and even north in the hills, are some
beautiful developments with large 3 and 4 bedroom homes that are well
within your price range, although they may involve a bit of a
"commute", perhaps a half hour or so. It is still less of a commute
than, say, California.

Another source is the Salt Lake City Area Guide

Another option is the Salt Lake City Tribune. The Salt Lake City
Tribune lists several houses that might fit your description. I listed
here only those who are in Salt Lake City proper (not in its suburbia,
where you could find many more houses. You could find a full listing
on www.sltrib.com). You could choose your listing by year of
construction, which means that you could get only recently built
homes, although I wasn?t sure from your description if that?s what
you?re looking for, so I also left in much older houses.
