Hi there,
You're going to have to be a bit more specific - are you looking to
build a brand new home, buy a brand new home, or buy a home that "new
to you"?
Do you have any requirements as far as size, number of bedrooms, price
range, etc?
Are you looking for a place where you can search for this yourself or
are you after a set of results based on our searches?
Please let me know and I will try to help :)

Using the MLS (Multiple Listing Servce) for Utah, I was able to find 8
results that meet the following criteria:
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Built after 2000
Single family home
Price 300-400K
Minimum 3 bedrooms
You can view the results here:

It seems like there are very few available homes in this area, as
virtually all real estate agents use MLS to advertise properties for
sale. Please let me know if this is an acceptable answer and I will
post it officially.
Thanks,

Hi Val ~
Actually, there are some nice homes available in Salt Lake City in
your price range, although most of the area is pretty much established
in Salt Lake City proper.
For newer homes, the outlying 'burbs', that is Holladay, Sandy,
Bountiful, South Jordan, etc., and even north in the hills, are some
beautiful developments with large 3 and 4 bedroom homes that are well
within your price range, although they may involve a bit of a
"commute", perhaps a half hour or so. It is still less of a commute
than, say, California.
Take a look at the Utah Realty guide -
- http://www.utahrealtyguide.com/
or even today's Salt Lake Tribune classifieds -
- http://www.newspaperads.com/nac/results.asp?subcatid=2318&interfaceid=128&parent=Real+Estate+%2D+Homes+for+Sale&subcatname=Homes&count=0&pubid=all&localgroupid=&searchtype=all&localglobal=0&results_displayed=25&seldate=10%2F26%2F2003
Click around at some of the offerings, I would imagine you'll find
both an area and suitable style to fit your needs.
Hope this helps,
Serenata
