Question ID: 270173
I am looking for an experienced ghostwriter to assist me with a
non-fiction business book. Project involves writing and heavy
developmental editing using my recorded dictation as the base.

Therefore, I need links of websites of US-based ghostwriters with
extensive experience with ghostwriting / editing non-fiction business
books (not merely writers of e-books or self-published books).

There are lots of ghostwriters and many have experience with fiction
and some with non-fiction but ideally I want to identify those that
solid experience with the non-fiction business genre (e.g.,
substantive books on management, leadership, strategy, economics) and
not just e-books.

Thanks.

Great. Thanks for the fast response. I was hoping for more examples,
particularly of ghostwriters with more business non-fiction
experience, but this is very helpful.

Greetings again Healthresultsgroup:

Thank you for your rating, comments and added generosity! I'm
delighted you are pleased with the results.

There were more examples but many were the "e-book" places you didn't
want. Some were also web sites that I felt did not present their
information in a professional manner or, after I read the
bio/credits/examples, I wasn't impressed with the body of work.

An alternative for you is to use a site such as Elance. Located at
http://www.elance.com you would register and then post your project
for bidding. It is used mostly by freelance writers and you may
discover a ghostwriter in that manner.

Another way to approach your book project is to contact a literary
agent or publisher with a book proposal. If they have interest in
your proposal, they would no doubt have suggestions for a ghostwriter
with which to pair you for the project. Depending on your topic, some
publishers are able to presell books that *will* be finished but are
currently in development.

Best regards,
journalist-ga
