I can help you with this but you need to clarify the question  a bit.
Do you want it to write to a text file (blabla.txt) on your server and
then just append to that file whenever someone new registers? Or maybe
you want it emailed to you?
What kind of server are you using? (Microsoft? Unix?)
Are you familiar with installing scripts, setting permissions etc?
write as clearly as possible your question with these things in mind

i just need to get people to fill the form,then when they click submit
it will store their data on my host acc with freeservers,then send a
confirmation page that their info has been received.simple
