I have found crime statistics for 2001 from the East Hampton,
Riverhead, and Southold police departments, as well as from the
Suffolk County Police Department. Would this information be
sufficient for an answer?

Hello xfin-ga,

I have found various crime statistics for Suffolk County as a whole
from 1985 to 2001. There is very little available for specific towns
although I have been able to locate the contact information for the
police departments. In addition, I’ve found an interesting site where
you can compare the crime statistics of select towns to others of the
same size nationwide. This list seems to encompass even fairly small
towns. Would the information I’ve found meet your needs?

Hello xfin-ga,

I've found data for Suffok County as a whole. It does not break out
information by localities. One set of is Dispositions of Felony
Arrests 1995 - 2002. Another set is for crime statistics for East
Hampton, Hampton Bays and Suffolk County for years available 1985 –
2001.

Will this fit your needs?
