Is this a state that can be achieved by any individual?
If yes or "by most" has psychotherapy and in particular hallucogenic -
LSD etc - got any role to play to achieve it?

There is a frequently stated hypothesis that Bill Gates has a
condition that causes the characteristics that you mention.  The
condition is not something that can be achieved by any individual, but
rather appears to have a partly genetic basis.

Would information from reputable web sites on this condition, and how
Bill Gates appears to manifest it, be a sufficient answer?
