what is the ideal business model for a financial daily newspaper with
the following characteristics:
- daily news on paper / internet site
- also financial news during the day (small messages)
- leading name / quality paper. compares (not in size) to herald
tribune / wall street journal
- disposing over a radio-station! popular radio-station for target
group
- small language area (20 million total population)
- currently: 100.000 subscribers 

Any examples of success in the market? (combination newspaper /
internet / radio station)
current results of NY-times / WSJ? How are they doing on the internet?
