Saltydog220... According to their website, tvmarket.net is: 18960 W. Greenfield Ave. Brookfield , WI 53045 Phone: 262-206-1893 Fax: 262-794-0474 However, it appears they are using a domian, customersystem.com, for their order information. In researching, it seems that both tvmarket.net and customersystem.com are registered to the same owner. In doing a whois search, the registrant is shown as atennabooster.com. In doing a search on atennabooster.com, it shows the registrant as having the same address as that shown on the contact information got tvmarket.net. Now for the bad news. In my research, I found the following: "I placed an order on-line for a piece of exercise equipment. Sept. 15, 2003. According to their web page, the item was to ship within 2-3 days by FedEx. I was immediately billed for the item on my credit card. After 10 days, the website listed a tracking number for the shipment supposedly shipped by FedEx on Sept. 25, 2003. I just happen to work at FedEx and traced the package. The package info was received by FedEx but no shipment was ever made. Subsequent inquiries by e-mail and direct links from the TVMARKET.net website have gone unanswered and the phone number is no good. The item was paid for and never shipped and the company fails to respond. I was billed on my credit card for an item that the company never shipped. The item is $65.00, but I received nothing." I ordered a lateral thigh trainer from TVMARKET.NET on July 1, 2004. I called 1-888-256-2764 and ordered it over the phone. I decided to order from this company because it uses FedEx and all shipments should be received in 3-5 days. My first problem was I didn?t receive an email confirmation like the rep told me. He said you will receive an email and will be able to track it to your door. The email should be sent in about ?90 seconds?. Well I waited until the next morning before I called and asked where the email was. Apparently the rep spelled my name which is Joy, Joi so my email wasn?t sent to the right address. The new rep changed the spelling of my name and told me he would email me all my info in about ten minutes. Well I never received that, however I was finally able to look at my invoice online once the spelling of my email address was corrected. That same day July 2nd I was charged the $105.90 and the tracking info stated " Shipped via USPS The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on July 02, 2004, to expect your package for mailing. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later." Today is July 13th and it still reads that the package has not been sent. It is charging customers for products that haven't been sent and misleading customers with the wrong shipping info. It has been 11 days and I haven't received my product. When the tracking status still hadn?t changed I called for the 3rd time July 8th, the wait time was well over 30 minutes (yet again) and the representative told me that my package would arrive on July 12th. This was a birthday present for my sister. Her birthday was July 11th. I told her that I would have her present on Monday night. What a fool I was to believe the rep. I am starting to believe they pulled a fast one on me. I am out $105 and will never receive my product. My last problem with this website is on the home page is says ?Live Help Available?, however when you click on the link you wait and no one is there. Don?t they have the technology to change available to unavailable when no one is there to help. It might seem like a small detail but when you add up all the problems with this website it?s enough to warrant a formal complaint. Which I filed with the FTC and BBB online. Please avoid this company. |
