Hi Chilebean ~
I went through your list and discarded any duplicates, and am going to
leave decisions as to whether or not you submit to your discretion.
They all have a PR of 4, which can provide a back link to your website
for the time being, but since you didn't say what your site is, nor
indicate a category it might fall into, there is a chance the inside
pages on some of the directories won't count as links for purposes of
PageRank.
Remember, too, that some of these may be transitory or may ultimately
be discounted for whatever reason, so if you've submitted to the major
search engines, you're doing better than these smaller.
Remember, Google changes its algorithms daily, while these may qualify
for PageRank purposes today may disappear tomorrow. Trying to improve
your own PageRank in this manner is like shooting at a moving target.

Wouldn't Recommend
============================
I wouldn't recomment the following at all, either their PR was too low
or some other problem, which is noted.

- Imarvel.com - PR0
- SoMuch.com - PR1

- webworldindex.com - PR3
- proudlycanadian.net - PR0 (Canadian based)
- 7in1web.com - PR4 - too hard to navigate
- GoGuides.org - PR6
"GoGuides.Org has suffered a theft of data and we are working
hard to rebuild the structure.
GoGuides has also suffered theft of all company funds & all
backed-up files."
Remember ... these lesser-known and obscure directories may work for
back links today, but if you've been paying attention to search engine
news and discussions, such as on Webmaster World,
http://www.webmasterworld.com, Search Engine Watch, High Rankings and
the like, it appears we may see a search engine war.
There will be competition to present the most RELEVANT sites in answer
to a search query, and a link from within a content rich related site,
even with a lower PageRank, may weigh more heavily than a listing
within an obscure directory. It's just something to keep in mind.
Hope this helps,
Serenata
